Supporting Health and Well-being

This learning resource has been designed specifically for staff working in adult residential care homes, nursing homes and day care settings. It has been developed to support the Northern Ireland Social Care Council registrants but can be used by other social care registrants and professionals, families and individuals receiving social care services.
